  1. I use a slow-cooker every day, and since we make pancakes a lot, I DO have a griddle (it just stays on the stove!). I also use my food processor and blender a lot.

    I think storage containers for leftovers are a must, and while I’m using various plastic containers, I hope to get some more glass ones (including divided containers for meal prep, as my husband takes three meals to work for his 24-hr shift). Another thing: mason jars, for storage and drinks and vases and all sorts of things.
