In fact, salmon has been making its way into our weekly meal plan for months now because it’s a healthy and easy dinner option for our busy family.

Salmon is such a mild tasting fish that it’s the best place to start for folks looking to sneak more fish into their diet.

It’s hearty  and satisfying enough for my meat and potatoes husband and mild enough (aka not fishy) for my daughter. So, since it loved by everyone and easy prepare and cook, salmon has gotten a permanent spot in our weekly meal plan.

Our favorite type of salmon is wild Atlantic Salmon. It is a little more pricey but the flavor is truly unmatched. But, when we can’t find Atlantic we’ve bought other varieties and these recipes work out well regardless.

Salmon is a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids, potassium and b-vitamins. So, it’s really a healthy dinner choice.

Salmon is seriously SO good for you.
