How to Make This Father’s Day Popcorn Craft
Step 1: Print the Template
Download and print the popcorn card template on white cardstock for best results. My go-to is Neenah White cardstock for a sturdy finished product.
Step 2: Color in the Bucket
Using markers, crayons or colored pencils have children color in the popcorn bucket and label. We went with a classic red and white pattern but encourage kids to get creative and use any colors they would like.
Step 3: Add the Popcorn
Pour a small amount of yellow paint onto a tray or paper plate.
Have children dip their fingertips into the paint and stamp all the “popcorn” inside and outside the popcorn bucket.
👉 This is a great way to work on fine motor skills while keeping kids engaged.
Step 4: Let It Dry
Set the craft aside and allow the paint to dry completely before moving on.
