Supplies

• Construction Paper – Choose any colors you love for decorating the ribbon and backing.
• Markers, Crayons, or Colored Pencils – Perfect for personalizing the center of the award.
• Scissors – Kid-safe scissors work great for little hands.
• Glue – Stick everything together with a glue stick or school glue.

Instructions

Step 1: Print the Father’s Day award template on white cardstock. Then, carefully cut out the award pieces using scissors.

Step 2: Use markers, crayons, or colored pencils to decorate the center of the award with bright colors.

Step 3: Tear your construction paper into small pieces. Apply a light layer of glue to the template and press the paper pieces down to fill in the ribbon and background. Layer the colors or mix them up—whatever looks best to your little artist!

Step 4: Once everything is glued down, trim any excess paper around the edges of the template to give the award a clean, finished look.
