This pumpkin name craft is a hands-on project that lets kids get creative while practicing name recognition and fine motor skills.

Craft Supplies You’ll Need:

- Coloring Materials – Markers, colored pencils, crayons, or even paint pens for a bold, vibrant look.
- Scissors – For cutting out pumpkins and pumpkin seeds.
- Glue Stick – To attach the name seeds to the pumpkin.
- Black Marker or Sharpie – Great for outlining, adding facial features, and writing each letter of your child’s name.
Pumpkin Name Craft Instructions

- Print the Template -Download and print the free pumpkin name craft template on white cardstock. You’ll find the printable at the bottom of this post.
- Color the Pumpkin – Use markers, crayons, colored pencils, or paint pens to color in the pumpkin, and pumpkin seeds. Get creative with the colors—there’s no wrong way to decorate your pumpkin!
- Cut Out the Pieces – Carefully cut out the pumpkin, eyes, and as many seeds as you need to spell your name.
- Add the Eyes and Face – Glue the eyes onto the pumpkin and use a black marker or Sharpie to draw a mouth or any other fun facial features.
- Spell Your Name – Use a black marker to write one letter of your name on each pumpkin seed.
- Glue the Seeds – Arrange the name seeds along the bottom of the pumpkin and glue them in place.
- Let It Dry – Allow the glue to dry completely before displaying your adorable pumpkin craft.
