Supplies You’ll Need:

- Cardstock – One sheet of black (or any color you like) and one sheet of white.
- Coloring Tools – Markers, crayons, colored pencils, or acrylic paint pens all work great.
- Scissors – For cutting out the template pieces.
- Glue – A glue stick or school glue will do the trick.
- Black Marker or Sharpie – For writing your child’s name on the hat.
Instructions
Print the Witch Hat Name Craft Template – Print the first page of the template on black cardstock (or any color you like) and the second page on white. Prefer to color everything yourself? Just print both pages on white cardstock and use your favorite coloring tools to decorate all the pieces.
Cut Out the Template Pieces – Carefully cut out the witch hat, band, buckle, and as many stars as needed to spell the child’s name—remember, you’ll need one star for each letter.
Color the Template Pieces – Use markers, crayons, colored pencils, or paint pens to decorate the band, buckle, and stars.
Assemble the Hat – Glue the band and buckle across the base of the witch hat.
Add the Name Stars – Glue the stars along the brim of the hat, spacing them out evenly.
Spell the Name – Use a black marker or Sharpie to write one letter on each star, spelling out the child’s name.
