How To Make A Christmas Cootie Catcher

Have children color in the Thanksgiving themed images using any type of colors they want – wax crayons, coloring pencils or markers. All types work well. If you’re using the full color version skip this step.

Step 2: Have children cut out the cootie catcher square by cutting along the outer perimeter of the square.

Step 3: Put the printed side face down to start the folding process.
This may take a little practice for younger kiddos. So, be patient!

Step 4: Fold each corner inwards to the center. After this step all the numbered faces should be facing up.

Step 5: Flip your cootie catcher over so the jokes are facing up. Fold each corner inwards to the center.

Step 6: Fold the Christmas cootie catcher in half. Use your fingers to pop the cootie catcher up to create the pockets.
