Our free Christmas bingo game is such a fun game that can be played at Christmas parties of all kinds including class parties, ugly Christmas sweater parties, family gatherings, Christmas potlucks and holiday office parties.

The great thing about our Christmas bingo printable is that it’s a perfect game for small or large groups.

We created our Christmas bingo printable with holiday parties in mind.

Our goal was to create a fun holiday activity that the whole family could enjoy whether in large or small groups.

As a result, our free Christmas bingo packet comes with 24 unique cards that make playing with a larger number of players possible.

This means that you can play Christmas bingo with up to 24 players without anyone getting the same Bingo twice.

Each of our printable bingo cards has 25 unique images that players need to mark to bingo!

Our call sheet comes with 35 possible holiday-themed items that appear randomly to make each of the different cards.

You can play Christmas bingo literally any time and rest easy knowing that it’s a guaranteed great time for everyone involved.

How to Play Christmas Bingo

Playing Christmas bingo is a great way to instantly boost the Christmas spirit.

Perfect for a variety of different holiday events, our Christmas bingo printable is a fun Christmas activity for all ages, especially small kids.

Playing Christmas bingo can be as simple or complicated as you need it to be.

But, generally, the first person to get 5 across, down, or diagonal through the free space Bingos!

To play simply print as many of our different Christmas bingo boards as you need, 2 calling cards, and have bingo markers available for players.

Cut along the dotted lines on only 1 of your calling cards. You’ll use the second copy to keep track of which holiday items were called as the game progresses.

Put your squares in small bowls or cups and start calling the holiday items one by one until a player bingos!

Here are some of our favorite ways to play and win traditional bingo:

1 Line: The first player to get a single line in any direction Bingos!
2 Lines: The first player to complete 2 vertical or horizontal lines bingos.
4 Corners: The first person to mark off the four corners of their card bingos!

Once a player has bingo, they should shout out “Christmas Bingo!”, “Merry Christmas” or “Ho Ho Ho” and act quickly in case there’s another winner.

Players should then let the caller know what holiday items made them bingo which can be verified on your call sheet.

To keep things interesting you can offer winners small prizes and gifts. This is a fun and festive way to add a little extra Christmas fun to your holiday game night.

4 corners: The first person to cover the four corners of card Bingos!
X Pattern: The first person to find a row of 5 symbols in an X pattern wins.
Blackout: Players continue until someone finds every symbol on their bingo card and covers it completely. This is also referred to as a blackout or full card. (See FAQ for more information about this)
Postage stamp: The first person to get a 2×2 square in any of the corners Bingos!
Arrow: The first player to create an arrow shape wins the game.
BNO: The first player to cover lines B, N, O vertically Bingos!

What kind of bingo markers do you suggest using?

You can use any type of bingo markers you’d like. We highly suggest using holiday themed markers to make the experience more festive but it really isn’t a must. Anything would work. Fun things like hershey’s kisses, red or green m&m candy, hard candies, and festive colored pom poms are cost-efficient and work well. But, the good news is that you can use just about anything you have laying around.

Does your Christmas bingo printable have to be printed in color?

No. We designed our free Christmas bingo printables to be printed in color because we find it looks more festive that way. But, if you don’t have a color printer you can still print this in a black-and-white version. This will not impact gameplay at all. Having said that, we do highly suggest you head to a local print shop to get a higher quality print our different bingo cards because they are adorable and jolly when printed in color.
