Supplies

Camper Template – Grab your free PDF template at the bottom of this post. Just print and you’re ready to go!
White Cardstock – We recommend using Neenah White cardstock for a sturdy, high-quality finish.
Coloring Supplies – Markers, crayons, colored pencils, or even acrylic paint pens—anything your kids love to color with!
Scissors – Kid-safe scissors work great for little hands.
Glue Stick or School Glue – For attaching all the photo and name circles.
Child’s Photo – A small printed photo of each child to personalize their camper (wallet-size works perfectly!).
Black marker or sharpie – to write the child’s name in big block letters.

Instructions

Step 1: Print the Template
Print the camper template on white cardstock for the best results. The thicker paper helps your finished camper look crisp and sturdy.

Step 2: Color and Decorate
Let the creativity flow! Use markers, crayons, colored pencils—whatever you have on hand—to color in your camper. Bright, bold colors make it extra fun and summery!

Step 3: Cut It Out
Carefully cut out the camper, the photo window template, and enough letter circles to spell the child’s name—one circle per letter.

Step 4: Prepare the Photo
Use the photo window template to trace a circle around the child’s picture, then cut it out to fit perfectly in the camper window.

Step 5: Add the Photo
Glue the child’s photo into the window space on the camper. This is what makes each camper extra special and personal!

Step 6: Attach the Name Circles
Glue the letter circles onto the camper. You can arrange them along the bottom, around the top—wherever you think looks best!

Step 7: Write the Name
Use a black marker or Sharpie to neatly write one letter on each circle to spell out the child’s name.
