Supplies
- Rainbow template – you can download a copy of the free rainbow template you’ll need to make this torn paper rainbow craft at the very bottom of this blog post
- Cardstock in blue for printing the rainbow template
- Construction paper in a rainbow of colors
- Glue stick
Instructions
Print a copy of our free printable rainbow template on blue or white cardstock.
Tear up white or light blue construction paper into small pieces. Using a small amount of glue, stick the pieces together to create the clouds.
Tear up your first color into small pieces. Using a small amount of glue, stick the pieces together to create one ring of the rainbow.
Continue this process using different colors for each ring until your entire rainbow is colored in.
Let your torn rainbow butterfly craft dry completely before displaying or playing with it.
